This kit highlights the glycogen located only in cytoplasm. In the “white series” it increases together with cellular maturation. Some non Hodgkin lymphoma and, in particular, chronic lymphatic leukemia show an increase in cellular glycogen, the kit can also be used to differentiate between lymphoblastic leukemia and myeloblastic leukemia.
