The information statement only applies to the website FAR Srl and does not apply to any other websites consulted by the user via links present on said website.

Personal Data is information which identifies an individual and which refers to an identifiable person, for example:

FAR Srl must collect and elaborate aforementioned Personal Data to provide and offer certain services requested by Customers and/or Users who visit the website. If said persons fail to provide aforementioned information, FAR Srl would be unable to provide the requested service(s).

  • IP address: An IP address is automatically assigned to a computer by an Internet services supplier. An IP address can be identified and automatically recorded in our server register files, each time a user accesses the Website, along with visit duration and page(s) visited and who the visitor(s) is/are. The collection of IP addresses is standard practice and is carried out automatically by many Websites, applications and other services. FAR Srl uses IP addresses for purposes such as calculating use levels, the diagnosis of server problems and Website management. Furthermore, we receive approximate geolocalisation of the IP address.

In the request please specify: which Personal Data you wish to amend, whether you wish for your personal data to be deleted, or which limitations you wish to apply for the use of your Personal Data. In order to ensure necessary protection, FAR Srl. may need to verify the sender's identity before handling the request.

FAR Srl will respond within 1 month from reception of the request to exercise one of the rights specified in the Regulation, extendible for up to 2 months if necessary, considering the complexity and number of submitted requests.

FAR Srl may need to conserve certain information, in order to record and/or conclude operations undertaken prior to reception of any submitted requests. Some information may be conserved in databases and in other archives of FAR Srl.

Archiving period

FAR Srl stores data for the entire period of time required or permitted, according to the purposes for which it was obtained and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Criteria used to establish conservation periods include:
